Sarah Dexter is the Senior Research Assistant for the Sustainability Project in the Center for Public Health Systems Science, at Washington University in St. Louis. She has facilitated workshops and webinars for public health and social service programs throughout the United States on how to assess and plan for sustainability. Her responsibilities include administering the Program Sustainability Assessment Tool (sustaintool.org), facilitating workshops and webinars on sustainability assessment and planning, and providing technical assistance and training for sustaintool.org. The Sustainability project’s research focuses on collecting and analyzing data on sustainability outcomes to better understand predictors of and barriers to program sustainability across a variety of program type, assisting program sustainability plan development, and assessing sustainability progress overtime.
