Rebecca (Becca) Vitale, MPH, is the Research Manager for the PACT project, which aims to increase the capacity for sustainability among evidence-based tobacco control programs. She became interested in public health during her undergraduate education in Applied Sociology, when she began to recognize serious health disparities exist and there is much work to be done to influence change. She continued her education at St. Louis University, earning her MPH in 2015. Much of her public health interest lies in childhood obesity prevention and tobacco control. She also has experience with and interest in innovative digital health strategies.
